Monterey Waves LLC - Tennis Lesson Booking Policy By booking tennis lessons with Monterey Waves LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Booking Confirmation: All bookings for tennis lessons are subject to availability and confirmation. Your booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Payment: Full payment for the booked lessons is required in advance to secure your reservation. Payment details and accepted methods will be provided upon booking. Cancellation and Refunds: There are no refunds for canceled lessons. In case of a cancellation, Monterey Waves LLC will consider the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Rescheduling: Lessons can be rescheduled based on availability and with prior notice. Monterey Waves LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. No-Shows: If you fail to attend a booked lesson without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to conduct the lesson, Monterey Waves LLC will work with you to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time. Liability: Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tennis lessons. Monterey Waves LLC, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of the lessons. Conduct: Respectful and appropriate conduct is expected from all participants. Monterey Waves LLC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a lesson without refund in the case of inappropriate behavior or misconduct. Photography and Filming: Monterey Waves LLC reserves the right to take photographs or videos during the lessons for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in writing before the lesson. Changes to Terms: Monterey Waves LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels. By booking tennis lessons with Monterey Waves LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
